World news report on Libya latest news: U.N. Approval regarding no-fly zone in Libya

On Thursday evening, the U.N. Security Council has voted regarding a no-fly zone and all necessary measures. The U.N. Security Council impose to protect civilians, as forces loyal to Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi closed in towards the rebel stronghold.

Libya latest news quoted Ahmed El-Gallal, who is a senior opposition coordinator of rebellion said: “We’re hoping and praying that the United Nations will come up with a very firm and very fast resolution and they will enforce it immediately.” As reported on world news report on Libya

To the opposition leaders, the act of U.N Security Council regarding a no-fly zone were necessary, as it would provide them any chance of thwarting Gadhafi’s imminent assault on Benghazi.
